Honestly, the auto tracking on your camera lowkey gives me vertigo and I have to look away sometimes haha. Loving the vlogs and hope you get out of your funk! Hearing you talk about your funk reminds me a lot of how it felt when I was still teaching, I always struggled with a routine and was so mentally exhausted! Finally in a good routine now I’ve been out of teaching for about 18 months. You got this ❤

I place my students name tags on the back of their chair. That way they don’t get touched (most of the time) and it’s also much easier to move their spots around as I only need to move the chair and not take off every single tag :) x

Love the new sofa. When I feel down I try and plan something achievable even if it’s something small to keep me going. I’m not a teacher but do work in child care and I try and take something positive for every day even if it’s a conversation I’ve had or just being grateful that I have a job to afford a roof over my head for me and my family and two dogs.can be enough to keep me going. YOU ARE MAKING A DIFFERENCE EVERY DAY.

Im a first year teacher and EVERYONE told me I would get so sick but I thought I’d be fine as I was a SLSO (teacher aid) for 4 years whilst studying but I have honestly never been so sick in my life I managed to get Croup (didn’t even know adults could get croup) Throat infection Vomiting bug And covid within a term

So comforting as someone currently on PTT whilst also still studying full time! I don’t think my to do list has ever been fully ticked off since starting teaching. This term my goal is to do what’s a non negotiable and everything else im looking at as a bonus. It’s so much easier said than done, but i need to make this career sustainable and with my current mindset it just won’t be!
